    Larry Barr

    Co-Chief Executive Officer

    Larry co-founded Artisan Design Group in December 2016. Larry has over 40 years flooring business experience.  Prior to ADG and since 1991, Larry is the CEO and President of Floors Inc.  In December 2016, Floors Inc. joined ADG.  Under Larry’s leadership, Floors Inc developed business processes, added design center services to support market demands, and increased efficiency in operations.  Larry’s career includes significant leadership experience in the floor covering industry.  He spent 10 years at World Carpets and 6 years at Flooring Services where he served as an executive in operations management.  Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Floor Expo/Home Solutions.

  • Wayne Joseph

    Wayne Joseph

    Co-Chief Executive Officer

    Wayne co-founded Artisan Design Group in December 2016.  He attended Ohio State University and Franklin University, where in his last year at school he created and operated a commercial floor covering company in Columbus, Ohio specializing in the hospitality market. As the company developed a national presence Wayne decided to move the company to centrally located Dallas, Texas and began Malibu Floors, which is licensed in 20 states.  In December 2016 Malibu joined ADG.  Today, Wayne continues to serve as President of Malibu. Under his leadership, Malibu has expanded their scope servicing customers throughout the United States.

  • Dan Shear

    Dan Shear

    Chief Financial Officer

    As the CFO at ADG, Dan is responsible for all financial activities for the company, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis along with Information Technology and acquisitions.  Dan has 25 years finance experience including 18 years with private equity backed companies in the distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods and home industries with a wide range of companies including The Home Décor Companies, Signature Systems Group, Alpha Shirt Company and its successor Broder Bros.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Geneseo, Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University and earned Certified Management Accountant “CMA” designation (inactive).

  • Doug Davis

    Doug Davis

    Vice President of Sales

    As Vice President of Sales at ADG, Doug works closely with all the business entities to drive sales by aligning synergies in business development, marketing initiatives, and lead companies awareness of industry trends. Doug comes to ADG with 14 years of floorcovering industry experience at Mohawk Industries where he held several sales leadership positions. Most recently, he was the VP of Sales for Mohawk’s builder and multifamily channel where he led the company’s sales and marketing initiatives in Mohawk’s fastest growing business segment. Doug received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where he also was a letter winner for the football team.

  • Nina Lucas

    Vice President of Human Resources

    As VP of HR at ADG, Nina is responsible for all aspects of corporate human resources.  Nina has 22 years’ experience building and leading proactive global and national talent management programs for hardware, software and services organizations undergoing rapid growth, turnaround, acquisition, and traditional business cycles.  Programs includes talent assessment & selection, goals management, performance management, succession planning, and competency/capability/motivation.  Nina received her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Southern Methodist University.  She attained her Professional Human Resources certification in 2004, and currently active in the local and national human resources associations.

  • Justin Jones

    Justin Jones

    Vice President of Operations

    As Vice President of Operations at ADG, Justin is responsible for working closely with stakeholders to establish standard operating procedures to enhance the performance of the business and to instill a culture of data-driven operations and decision-making. In partnership with the executive team, Justin will also be responsible for the management of multiple other commercial excellence initiatives including procurement, pricing, and estimating.

    Justin has 13 years of expertise in driving business operational processes, systems, and best practices.  Prior to ADG, Justin worked at Interior Logic Group, where was VP of Sales.  Justin has also held leadership roles at McCormick Paints and HD Supply, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, and Senior Operations Executive. 

    Prior to the operations world, Justin spent five years at General Electric in finance and emerging leadership roles.  He obtained his Master’s in Business Leadership from Georgetown University and served 13 years in the US Military.
