Artisan Design Group (“ADG”), the diversified flooring platform created from the merger of Floors, Inc. and Malibu Floors, is pleased to announce the acquisitions of JR McDade Company, WCCV Floor Coverings, and Arlun, Inc.

JR McDade Company, LLC (“JR McDade”), led by Jack McDade, is a full service designer and installer of flooring products, countertops, and window coverings to single family and multi-family builders, property managers, and homeowners throughout Arizona.

WCCV Floor Coverings, LLC (“WCCV”), led by Patrick Williams, is a full service designer and installer of flooring products to single family and multi-family builders, property managers, and homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio.

Arlun, Inc. (“Arlun”), led by Steve Hoppe and Rod Vaughan, is a full service designer and installer of flooring products and distributor of lighting products to single family and multi-family builders, and homeowners throughout Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado.
