Executive Team

Bruce was appointed CSCO in February of 2023 to lead our efforts to maximize the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of ADG’s end-to-end Supply Chain – spanning procurement, inbound and outbound transportation and logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Prior to ADG, he spent 12 years as Managing Director of The StratOps Group, assisting a variety of public and private distribution companies with operational excellence and merger integration. Bruce also held executive leadership roles at AlixPartners, IBM and Ernst & Young and led over a dozen successful supply chain transformation projects for clients including Dell, Kraft, and Toyota. Bruce holds a business degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Babson College.
